More calls. More jobs. Less time fighting your computer.
I help small businesses around Lancaster County get found by the people already searching for them — and I clean up the tech that quietly eats your week. Websites and apps are part of that. They were never the point.
It's a real free look — I tell you what I'd fix first whether or not you hire me.
What I actually do
Three things, and they feed each other. Most people start with the first one.
Get you found
Your Google Business Profile, your map listing, and the pages that rank for the work you actually do. When someone nearby searches for your trade, you should be in the first handful of results — not on page three behind a directory nobody uses.

Turn lookers into calls
Traffic is only half of it. People who find you should be able to tell in ten seconds that you're the right call — and nobody who reaches out should get forgotten. Missed calls get texted back. Quotes get followed up.

Sort out your tech
The quoting, invoicing, scheduling, and file mess that costs you an evening a week. I map what you're doing now, cut what's redundant, connect what's left, and build something custom only when nothing off-the-shelf fits.

How it works
A free look
I go through what you have now — your listing, your site, what comes up when someone searches you — and send back a short plain-language list of what I'd fix and in what order. No charge, no pitch deck.
I fix the foundation
The one-time work: listing claimed and filled out properly, site built or rebuilt, tracking installed so we can both see what happens. Usually two to three weeks.
I keep it working
Rankings slip, reviews go stale, and the shop down the road is working on this too. Month to month I keep you in front of people, follow up on what comes in, and send you one page showing what changed.
Built by one person, on purpose
I do the work myself — the research, the writing, the building, the monthly upkeep. You talk to the person doing it, and nothing gets lost between a salesperson and a production team.
The trade-off is honesty about capacity. I take a small number of clients at a time and I'll tell you up front when the next opening is. If what you need isn't something I'm good at, I'll tell you that too.
You'll know what's actually working
Most marketing money disappears into a place nobody ever checks. Every call and form gets tracked back to where it came from, and once a month you get a single page in plain English: how many people found you, how many got in touch, and what I changed. If something isn't earning its keep, we stop doing it.
