The work

Project scope, pricing, and timeline are agreed on before work begins, based on the information you provide through the intake form or in conversation. Changes to scope after that point may affect price and timeline — we'll always talk it through with you first.

Your content

You're responsible for the accuracy and rights to any text, photos, logos, or other material you provide for your site. By submitting it, you confirm you have the right to use it.

Payment

Ownership

We do our best work, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (like search rankings or sales) from a website alone.
